These terms govern your use of AI Budget Control Hub, operated by Layron Consultancy Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Newly created accounts receive up to 7 days of free access from registration. No payment details are required. You may subscribe earlier, but billing begins immediately when you subscribe.
Accounts created before this change may have a different trial length, as shown in your account.
After the trial period, the service costs £2.99 per month. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. You will be billed automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@layronconsultancy.uk. Cancellation requests require up to 10 days to process. No refunds are provided for the current billing month. If cancellation is requested within the last 10 days of a billing month, the following month will also be charged, and access continues until the end of that following month.
You agree not to:
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without refund.
AI Budget Control Hub, its branding, logo, and all related content are the property of Layron Consultancy Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.
We may permanently discontinue AI Budget Control Hub for commercial, technical, legal or operational reasons.
Except where we are legally required to act sooner or cannot continue the service safely, we will give affected customers at least 60 days' advance notice and clearly state one final date on which the service will close.
When permanent closure is announced, we will stop accepting new paid subscriptions. We will stop subscription renewal payments at least 30 days before the stated closure date. Existing customers may continue using the service until that closure date without further charge.
If a payment is taken in error for a period after the closure date, we will refund the appropriate amount for the unused period.
Before closure, we will provide customers with a reasonable opportunity to retrieve or copy their account and budget information. We will also explain what will happen to customer accounts and personal data after closure.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
